Nico's banking career started in 1983. Leaving him with 40 year's of in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Began at Volkskas Industrial Bank.
Later joined Bankfin.
Became ABSA Commercial Asset Finance Regional Manager in 2003.
Joined Bank of Athens in 2009.
Retired from banking in May 2023.
He has primarily focused on Asset-Based Finance throughout his career.
Role at Arts Asset Finance is to provide clients with the right financial solutions to fit the business.

Jamie is a graduate of Law, Organisational Psychology, and Industrial Sociology.
Holds a certificate in Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town.
Jamie began his career as a farm stall manager in Himeville, KwaZulu-Natal, where he gained valuable experience in customer service and management.
In 2023, he moved to Cape Town to work as an intern property specialist at Harcourts Dunn Properties. In this role, he learned about the property market and developed his skills in negotiation and sales.
Role at ARTS Asset Finance is, managing all applications on behalf of clients and
liaising with banks. He is also involved in developing and implementing new asset finance products and services.

Director

Cedric is a law graduate and holds a post-graduate management and development qualification from the University of Witwatersrand, based in Johannesburg.
He is a former Barclays and Standard Bank manager in the structured finance divisions.
Cedric enjoys relationships with several of South Africa’s leading banks and Asset Managers.
He also has experience in commercial, industrial, and retail property funding transactions through his association with Rawson Auctions.
